This Percipio Big Data Analysis: Introduction Workshop forms the basis for an in-depth understanding of Big Data Analytics in general and gives an introduction to the software tool Percipio. In this workshop, you will learn how relevant keywords are identified, how Percipio Big Data Analytics supports the idea-generation process and how this eventually leads to the identification of relevant technical topics.
For this workshop, a Percipio license is optional.
The workshop is held online.
Duration of the workshop: 2 hours.

Andreas Kornherr studied chemistry and mathematics at the University of Vienna. After receiving his PhD in 2000, he was employed as a university assistant at the Institute of Physical Chemistry. After extended research stays in London and Cambridge, he worked from 2006 to 2016 as Research & Development Manager for Mondi, focusing on innovation, materials science and nanotechnology. Since 2013, after the foundation of the Big Data Analytics company Percipio, he additionally worked as a consultant focusing on Strategic Technology Management & Innovative Product and Process Development. Andreas Kornherr is also co-founder of printenergy, a company dedicated to flexible printed electronics. He holds several patents and is the author of more than 150 articles, book contributions and lectures in the field of materials science and innovation.
